Are the treatment prices at KPSA fixed or estimates? +

Do the prices include X-rays and medications? +

Most prices do not include X-rays or medications. Painkillers, antibiotics, and X-rays are charged separately depending on clinical needs. The dentist will explain the estimated total cost before proceeding with treatment.

Why do some treatments have a price range instead of a fixed fee? +

A price range is used because every case is different in complexity, the number of surfaces involved, the duration of the procedure, and the materials required. More complex cases typically require additional time and resources, leading to higher fees.

Are the prices the same across all KPSA branches (LEXA, Sunway Batu Caves & Greenwood)? +

The fee structure is standardised across all KPSA branches, but the final charge may vary based on the dentist’s clinical assessment. For confirmation, you may contact the specific branch directly.

Do I need an appointment before coming in for treatment? +

We highly recommend making an appointment so we can prepare a suitable time slot and reduce your waiting time. Walk-ins are also accepted, depending on slot availability for the day.

Can I get an estimated cost before coming to the clinic? +

You may use the price list on this page as an initial guideline and contact us via WhatsApp or phone for clarification. However, a more accurate estimate can only be given after a dentist performs a clinical examination.

Does KPSA offer instalment plans for braces or implants? +

For higher-value treatments like braces and implants, some patients may qualify for instalment options depending on current clinic policies. Please contact our front desk or consultation team for updated information.

Does the clinic accept panel companies or insurance? +

KPSA works with several corporate panels and third-party providers. The list may change from time to time, so please contact us or refer to the updated panel list shown on our website or social media.

If I had previous treatment elsewhere, does the price include follow-up or touch-up work? +

Treatment fees at KPSA apply to procedures performed in our clinic. If you require fixes, touch-ups, or continuation of treatment done elsewhere, the dentist will assess your condition and advise the appropriate treatment plan and charges.
